经腹子宫肌瘤切除术和腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术术后复发率的比较

Comparison of Postoperative Recurrence Rates Between Laparoscopic and Transabdominal Myomectomy

目的:探讨经腹子宫肌瘤切除术与腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术在子宫肌瘤中的治疗效果。方法:选择2019年9月~2020年11月本院收治的92例子宫肌瘤患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各46例。对照组实施经腹子宫肌瘤切除术,观察组实施腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术。对比两组围术期指标及术后恢复情况。结果:观察组术中出血量少于对照组,术后住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后月经恢复、肌瘤残留、疾病复发率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在术后不良反应发生率指标上,对照组与观察组相比,差异有统计学意义(19.56%,4.354%,χ^(2)=5.241,P=0.027<0.05)。结论:相较于经腹子宫肌瘤切除术,腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术在子宫肌瘤的治疗中应用效果更佳,安全性更高,利于减少术中出血,缩短患者住院时间,促进月经恢复,减少疾病复发。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of transabdominal myomectomy and laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods:A total of 92 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group underwent abdominal myomectomy,and the observation group underwent laparoscopic myomectomy.The perioperative indexes and postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared.Results:The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the postoperative hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in postoperative menstrual recovery,fibroid residue and disease recurrence between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions was 19.56%in the control group and 4.354%in the observation group(χ^(2)=5.241,P=0.027<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with abdominal myomectomy,laparoscopic myomectomy is more effective and safer in the treatment of hysteromyoma,which is beneficial to reduce intraoperative bleeding,shorten the length of hospital stay,promote menstrual recovery and reduce disease recurrence.
