摘要 目的:观察和分析糖尿病患者应用胰岛素泵治疗的效果。方法:将110例2018年3月~2020年2月进行治疗的糖尿病患者分成两组,予以对照组(n=55)患者常规胰岛素注射治疗,观察组(n=55)患者接受胰岛素泵治疗,对患者治疗前后血糖水平进行对比,同时比较两组胰岛素用量、血糖达标时间及低血糖发生情况。结果:治疗前后患者糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、空腹血糖(FPG)及餐后2h血糖(2hPG)组内差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后两组对比,观察组HbAlc、FPG及2hPG水平均更低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组胰岛素用量明显更少且血糖达标时间更短,组间对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组低血糖总发生率对比,观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者接受胰岛素泵治疗既能够使其血糖达标时间得到缩短,还可使胰岛素应用剂量获得显著减少,并可降低低血糖发生率,降糖效果及安全性均优于胰岛素注射治疗。 Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of insulin pump therapy in diabetic patients.Methods:110 diabetic patients who were treated from March 2018 to February 2020 were divided into two groups.Patients in the control group(n=55)were treated with conventional insulin injections,and patients in the observation group(n=55)were treated with insulin pumps.Compare the blood glucose levels of patients before and after treatment,and compare the insulin dosage,time to reach the standard of blood glucose and the occurrence of hypoglycemia in the two groups at the same time.Results:Before and after treatment,the differences in glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),fasting blood glucose(FPG)and 2h blood glucose(2hPG)after meal were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups after treatment,the levels of HbAlc,FPG and 2hPG in the observation group were lower,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly less insulin consumption and shorter time to reach the blood glucose standard,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the total incidence of hypoglycemia between the two groups,the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diabetes patients receiving insulin pump therapy can shorten the time for blood glucose to reach the target,and can also significantly reduce the dosage of insulin,and can reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.The hypoglycemic effect and safety are better than insulin injection therapy.
