随着DRG支付方式改革的落地实施,成本控制成为医院管理者研究的重点。而高值耗材因其昂贵的价格,直接影响着医保基金的使用。因此,不管是医保方还是医院方,都需要注重对高值耗材的精细化管理,最终实现改革目标。为此,重点阐述DRG支付方式改革对医用高值耗材的影响,并分别以医保、医院为主体,探讨在当前形势下医用高值耗材的精细化管理策略。

With the implementation of DRG payment reform,cost control has become the focus of hospital managers.Medical high-value consumables have a significant impact on the use of health insurance funds because of their high price.Therefore,both medical insurance and hospitals should pay attention to the fine management of high-value consumables,and finally achieve the reform goal.Therefore,this study focuses on the impact of DRG payment method reform on medical high-value consumables,and discusses the fine management strategy of medical high-value consumables.
