妇产科康复治疗仪促乳汁分泌和子宫收缩的效果

Effect of gynecology and obstetrics rehabilitation therapy instrument on promoting milk secretion and uterine contraction

目的探讨妇产科康复治疗仪促乳汁分泌和子宫收缩的效果,促进产妇产后恢复。方法选择福建省泉州市丰泽区北峰街道社区卫生服务中心2018年4月—2020年4月收治的350例产妇作为研究对象,根据其不同的入院时间分组,将2018年4月—2019年4月入院分娩的产妇200例作为对照组,给予常规产后康复干预,将2019年5月—2020年4月入院分娩的产妇150例作为研究组,给予常规康复干预联合妇产科康复治疗仪,观察比较两组产妇产后12、24 h阴道出血量和产后24、48、72 h乳汁分泌量。结果研究组产后24、48、72 h乳汁分泌量为(30.62±4.16)、(133.88±13.24)和(162.52±13.58)ml,多于对照组的(13.68±2.85)、(68.39±10.16)和(95.36±12.33)ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产后12、24 h阴道出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科康复治疗仪不仅能加强子宫收缩,减少产后阴道出血量,还能促进乳汁分泌,有利于产妇产后恢复,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To explore the effect of gynecology and obstetrics rehabilitation therapy instrument in promoting milk secretion and uterine contraction,to promote maternal postpartum recovery.Methods A total of 350 cases of puerpera admitted to Fujian Province Quanzhou City Fengze District Beifeng Street Community Health Service Center from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and grouped according to their different admission time.A total of 200 parturients who were hospitalized and delivered from April 2018 to April 2019 were taken as the control group and given routine postpartum rehabilitation intervention,and 150 parturients who were hospitalized and delivered from May 2019 to April 2020 were taken as the study group and given routine rehabilitation intervention combined with gynecology and obstetrics rehabilitation therapy instrument.The amount of vaginal bleeding at 12 and 24 h postpartum and the amount of milk secretion at 24,48 and 72 h postpartum were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The milk secretion of the study group at 24,48 and 72 h postpartum were(30.62±4.16),(133.88±13.24)and(162.52±13.58)ml,which were more than(13.68±2.85),(68.39±10.16)and(95.36±12.33)ml of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of vaginal bleeding at 12 and 24 h postpartum in the study group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The gynecology and obstetrics rehabilitation therapy instrument could not only strengthen uterine contraction and reduce postpartum vaginal bleeding,but also promote milk secretion,which was conducive to postpartum recovery and was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
