小儿预防接种的社区护理进展

小儿预防接种在社区卫生服务中心是一项很重要的工作,同时也是属于公共卫生保健及儿科临床保健的重要内容。由于小儿年龄较小,且正处于生长发育的重要阶段,其自身免疫系统发育还不成熟,抵御病菌及病毒的能力相对较弱,因此成为了一些传染病的易感人群。在小儿疫苗接种的过程中有出现不良反应的风险,会影响接种效果。因此,在小儿预防接种过程中,做好小儿预防接种的社区护理干预具有重要意义。小儿预防接种的社区护理包括接种前、接种过程中及接种后护理。同时在小儿预防接种的社区护理过程中,应充分发挥家长作用,使其配合临床护理工作,提高预防接种质量。本文从预防接种前、预防接种中及预防接种后的护理进展进行综述,以降低小儿预防接种不良反应发生率,确保预防接种的安全性。
