重度牙周炎牙髓病变的研究进展

随着人们生活水平的提高,饮食结构也逐渐多样化,牙齿疾病种类也有所增加。其中重度牙周炎是一种较为常见的牙科疾病,重度牙周炎患者会由于严重性的牙槽骨被破坏以及丧失附着力情况,造成多样化的病变,其中重度牙周炎牙髓病变较为常见。现阶段并没有一种技术或者是材料可以对重度牙周炎牙髓病变患者提供完全性以及可预见性的长期治疗。在临床治疗过程中使用根管系统,会避免内部环境细菌繁殖,使用抗菌药物会防止细菌定殖。患者定期更换药物也会防止根管内细菌的滋生,对患者的治疗具有积极意义。大多数人们并没有定期检查牙齿习惯,不重视口腔健康,且牙周炎患者早期症状并不明显,导致重度牙周炎的患病率较高,不利于人们身体健康。牙周炎的临床基本治疗方法有药物、手术以及一些其他的联合治疗。针对重度牙周炎牙髓病变的产生原因以及治疗控制方式是现阶段亟需解决的问题,因此本文对重度牙周炎牙髓病变病因及治疗的研究进展进行综述,旨在为临床更好地预防和治疗重度牙周炎牙髓病变提供帮助。

With the improvement of people’s living standards,the diet structure is gradually diversified,and the types of dental diseases has also increased.Severe periodontitis is one of the common dental diseases.Due to severe alveolar bone destruction and loss of adhesion,patients with severe periodontitis will cause diversified lesions,among which severe periodontitis pulp lesions are more common.At present,there is no technology or material that can provide complete and predictable long-term treatment for patients with severe periodontitis pulp lesions.The use of root canal system in clinical treatment will avoid bacterial reproduction in the internal environment,and the use of antibiotics will prevent bacterial colonization.Regular drug replacement in patients will also prevent the growth of bacteria in the root canal,which has positive significance for the treatment of patients.Most people do not have habit of checking teeth regularly,do not pay attention to oral health,and the early symptoms of patients with periodontitis are not obvious,resulting in a high prevalence of severe periodontitis,which is not conducive to people’s health.The basic clinical treatment metods of periodontitis include drugs,surgery and some other combined treatment.The causes and treatment control methods of pulp lesions in severe periodontitis are urgent problems to be solved at this stage.Therefore,this paper summarizes the research progress of etiology and treatment of pulp lesions in severe periodontitis,in order to provide help for clinical prevention and treatment of pulp lesions in severe periodontitis.
