摘要
基于国内已建海底隧道工程腐蚀案例,分析讨论了排水系统设备发生海水腐蚀的主要原因与防护措施,对比了几类常见排水管材的优缺点,提出了海底隧道排水系统的防腐蚀重点和建议。对海底隧道排水系统进行腐蚀防护,不仅提高了隧道的使用寿命,对控制投资造价,方便运维管理也有积极作用;可结合海底隧道不同位置地下水的水质情况,选择合适的排水管材。
Based on the corrosion examples of domestic undersea tunnel engineering,the main reasons and protective measures for seawater corrosion of drainage system equipment are analyzed and discussed.The advantages and disadvantages of several common types of drainage pipe materials are compared,and some key points and suggestions for corrosion protection of the drainage system of submarine tunnels are put forward.Corrosion protection for the drainage system of submarine tunnels not only increases the service life of the tunnel,but also has a positive effect on controlling investment costs and facilitating operation and maintenance management.Appropriate drainage pipe materials can be selected according to the water quality of groundwater in different locations of submarine tunnels.
