摘要
针对目前不能实时监控油气田井下腐蚀过程的现状,采用电感腐蚀监测的原理,开发研究了油气田井筒探针腐蚀监测系统。结果表明,探针系统与挂片测试结果的相对误差仅为8.32%,说明监测数据稳定可靠。系统耐温可达到140℃,耐压达60 MPa,完全可满足井下高温高压环境中的腐蚀过程实时监测。
At present,it is not possible to monitor the corrosion process in downhole of oil and gas fields in real time.In view of this situation,using the principle of inductive corrosion monitoring,an oil and gas field wellbore probe corrosion monitoring system was developed and researched.The results showed that the relative error between the results obtained by probe system and by coupons was only 8.32%,indicating that the monitoring data was stable and reliable.The temperature resistance of the system could reach 140℃and the pressure resistance could reach 60 MPa,which could fully meet the real-time monitoring of the corrosion process in the downhole high temperature and high pressure environment.
