摘要
将303Cu不锈钢线材拉拔成六角棒后对其打孔,在这两个工艺过程中,材料开裂几率较大。采用化学成分分析、金相检验、电子探针分析等方法对开裂试样进行了全面分析,同时对线材的生产工艺进行分析,找到了开裂原因,并提出了应对措施。结果表明:钢中硫化物夹杂的成分、形态及其分布是产生开裂的主要原因;采用调整连铸和热轧加热工艺,以及增加轧后在线热处理工艺,有效降低了303Cu不锈钢线材的加工开裂几率。
The stainless steel 303 Cu wire rod was pulled into hexagonal rod and punched. In these two processes, the material cracking probability was large. The cracking samples were comprehensively analyzed by chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and electron probe analysis. At the same time, the production process of wire rod was analyzed, and the cracking reasons were found, and the countermeasures were put forward. The results show that the composition, morphology and distribution of sulfide inclusions in steel were the main reasons for cracking. The processing cracking probability of stainless steel 303 Cu wire was effectively reduced by adjusting the heating process of continuous casting and hot rolling, and increasing the online heat treatment process after rolling.
