摘要
将清洗浸泡后的新鲜银耳以合理的密度排布在竹匾上是银耳烘干前的一道重要工序。目前银耳加工企业都是采用人工方式排布银耳,劳动强度大,排布不够均匀,且会损伤银耳叶片,因此需要研究银耳自动排布机构。文章提出了3种银耳自动排布试验机构并分别进行样机试制,通过样机对比试验,找到能够符合当前银耳初加工生产工艺要求的设计方案。
It is an important procedure before drying tremella fuciformis to arrange fresh tremella after cleaning and soaking on bamboo board with reasonable density.At present,tremella processing enterprises are using manual arrangement of tremella,which has high labor intensity,uneven arrangement,and will damage tremella leaves.Therefore,automatic arrangement mechanism of tre⁃mella is needed.In this paper,three kinds of tremella automatic arrangement test mechanism were proposed and prototype was trialproduced respectively.Through the comparative test of prototype,the design scheme that can meet the current requirements of tremel⁃la primary processing production technology was found.
