This paper analyzes the root causes of exhaust pipe crack on a certain type of aircraft from the perspectives of the strength design,welding technology,manufacture and assembly process and exhaust pipe characteristics,proposes improvement measures,and effectively investigates and troubleshoots this problem in the factory and on the field.
