肠道微生物群—肠—脑轴间的双向交流途径研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 肠道微生物群能调节肠神经系统的结构和功能,直接或间接与肠-脑轴形成双向联系,于是构成了肠道微生物群-肠-脑(BGM)轴。微生物群、肠道和大脑之间的双向交流主要涉及神经、内分泌和免疫途径。大脑通过与微生物受体相互作用的内分泌介质的管腔分泌直接影响肠道微生物群,也可以通过自主神经系统间接调节肠道环境,改变微生物群的群落结构和功能。微生物群也可以产生神经活性化合物与循环系统和宿主免疫系统相互作用,与大脑形成双向联系,共同维持机体胃肠道、中枢神经和微生物系统的内环境平衡。
