体外物理振动排石疗法在输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术后X线腹部平片未显示残石患者中的应用观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的 体外物理振动排石疗法在输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术后X线腹部平片未显示残石患者中的应用效果。方法 采用输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗且术后X线腹部平片提示无残石的患者191例,97例输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术后加物理振动排石辅助治疗的患者作为试验组,94例术后未采用物理振动排石辅助治疗的患者作为对照组,收集试验组和对照组患者3 d内以及物理振动排石治疗后3 h内排出的结石颗粒,计算两组的排石率;术后1周复查尿常规。结果 试验组的结石排出率高于对照组[40.2%(39/97)vs. 12.8%(12/94),P<0.05]。在试验组中,术前结石位于肾上、中、下盏者辅用物理振动排石治疗后排石率比较,P>0.05。两组术后并发症发生率比较,P>0.05。结论 对于输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术后复查X线腹部平片未显示残石的患者,术后辅助物理振动排石治疗能加速结石粉末的排出,且不会增加相关并发症的发生率,结石的位置对于排石效果无影响。
