冷轧及退火工艺对Mg-11Li-3Al-0.4Ca合金力学性能和腐蚀行为的影响 被引量:2

Effects of cold rolling and annealing process on the mechanical properties and corrosion behavior of Mg-11Li-3Al-0.4Ca alloy

摘要 以Mg-11Li-3Al-0.4Ca合金为研究对象,采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、拉伸机、电化学工作站等检验手段,研究了冷轧变形及后续退火热处理对该合金组织、性能和腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:Mg-11Li-3Al-0.4Ca合金主要由β-Li、MgLi_(2)Al、AlLi、(MgAl)_(2)Ca相组成;当以40%、60%、80%的变形量冷轧时,合金的抗拉强度逐渐升高,但伸长率稍有下降;经后续200℃、350℃退火处理后发生了再结晶,使塑性得到改善;合金的耐腐蚀性能随冷轧变形量的增加和退火温度的提高而得到改善;经350℃退火后合金的腐蚀电位最正,腐蚀电流密度最小,阻抗值最大,耐腐蚀性能最佳。 Mg-11Li-3Al-0.4Ca alloy was taken as the research object.The effects of cold rolling deformation and subsequent annealing heat treatment on microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion behavior of the alloy were studied by test methods including optical microscope,X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope,tensile machine,electrochemical measurement and so on.The results show that Mg-11Li-3Al-0.4Ca alloy mainly consists ofβ-Li,MgLi_(2)Al,AlLi,(MgAl)_(2)Ca phase.With the increase of cold rolling deformation(40%,60%and 80%),the tensile strength increases but elongation decreases slightly;recrystallization occurs in microstructure after subsequent annealing at 200℃and 350℃,which improves the plasticity.The corrosion resistance is improved with the increasing of rolling deformation and annealing temperature.After annealing at 350℃,the corrosion potential of the alloy is the most positive,the corrosion current density is the smallest,the impedance value is the largest,and the corrosion resistance is the best.
