摘要
在不同环境温湿度条件下,对2 mm厚的6082-T6铝合金型材进行熔化极气体保护焊(MIG),对焊接接头进行X射线、力学性能、弯曲性能检测。结果表明:随着绝对湿度的增加,焊缝中气孔率逐渐上升,气孔尺寸变大,气孔的分布形态由点状分布逐步转向密集状、链状分布,焊接接头断裂位置也由热影响区转变为焊缝区。气孔率的提高和链状气孔的存在使焊接接头力学性能下降,尤其是对弯曲性能的影响更为严重。
In different ambient temperature and humidity conditions,the welding experiment was carried out on the 2 mm-thick 6082-T6 aluminum alloy profile by using MIG welding method.X-ray test,mechanical property test and bending property test were carried out on the welded joints.The results show that the porosity and the size of porosity in the welded joints increase gradually with the increase of absolute humidity.The distribution pattern of weld porosity changes from point distribution to aggregation and chain distribution,and the fracture position of welded joint also changes from the heat affected zone to the weld zone.The increase of porosity and the existence of chain pores lead to the decrease of mechanical properties of the welded joint,especially on bending properties.
