我国数字文化产业区域竞争力评价——基于长三角、珠三角、京津冀的比较分析

Evaluation on Regional Competitiveness of China’s Digital Cultural Industries:Based on a Comparative Analysis of Digital Cultural Industries of the Yangtze River Delta,the Pearl River Delta and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

数字信息技术赋能文化产业而融合形成的数字文化产业,是数字经济的重要组成部分与文化产业的重点发展领域,已成为推动我国经济迈向高质量发展的重要引擎之一。本文通过构建数字文化产业竞争力评价指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS法对长三角、珠三角、京津冀地区数字文化产业竞争力进行评价和比较分析。结果显示:产业规模、创新能力、生产要素对数字文化产业竞争力贡献值较大;三大地区所属的八省市数字文化产业竞争力差异显著,可分为“优异型”、“平庸型”、“落后型”三个类型;长三角地区数字文化产业竞争力水平最高,珠三角、京津冀地区数字文化产业竞争力水平差距不大。最后,根据研究结论,对数字文化产业竞争力的提升提出有针对性的对策建议。

As an important component of digital economics and a key development area of culture industries,the culture industry with the enabling digital information technology,which is referred to as the digital culture industry,has become one of the important engines driving China’s economy toward high-quality development.By constructing an evaluation system of the competitiveness of digital cultural industries,this paper uses the TOPSIS method based on entropy weight to evaluate and compare the competitiveness of digital cultural industries of the Yangtze River Delta,the Pearl River Delta and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.The results show that(1)the industrial scale,innovation ability and essential factors in production contribute significantly to the competitiveness of digital culture industries;(2)with significant differences in their competitiveness,digital culture industries of the eight provinces and municipalities of the three regions can be divided into the three types of“outstanding”,“mediocre”and“backward”;(3)for the competitiveness of digital culture industries,the Yangtze River Delta area ranks first,and no significant difference is indicated between the Pearl River Delta and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.Finally,the paper puts forward tailored recommendations on how to enhance the competitiveness of digital culture industries.
