Mao Zedong Distribution Thought and Its Contemporary Enlightenment

分配思想是毛泽东思想的重要组成部分。新中国成立后,毛泽东在研究马克思经典作家分配思想的基础上,结合苏联及中国社会主义革命和建设的历史与现实,对我国分配制度作了深入研究和探索。他初步确立了按劳分配的原则,提出在分配过程中,要统筹兼顾国家、集体、个人利益,又进行了工资制和工分制的实践,给新中国经济社会发展带来了积极影响。但囿于时代的局限性,这一分配思想也出现过偏差。文章在研究毛泽东分配思想的同时,又从分配制度要坚持以人民为中心,分配过程中需重视思想政治教育工作,要坚持马克思主义唯物论这三个方面,寻求对新时代中国特色社会主义分配制度改革的启示。

Distribution thought is an important part of Mao Zedong thought.After the founding of new China,Mao Zedong deeply studied and explored China’s distribution system on the basis of studying Marx’s classical writers’distribution thought and combined with the history and reality of the Soviet Union and China’s socialist revolution and construction.He initially established the principle of distribution according to work,proposed that in the process of distribution,we should give overall consideration to the national,collective and personal interests,and carried out the practice of wage system and work point system,which had a positive impact on the economic and social development of new China.However,due to the limitations of the times,there have been deviations in this distribution thought.While studying Mao Zedong distribution thought,this paper seeks the enlightenment to the reform of the socialist distribution system with Chinese characteristics in the new era from the three aspects that the distribution system should adhere to the people as the center,pay attention to ideological and political education in the distribution process,and adhere to Marxist materialism.
