摘要 旋转电机的转矩特性直接关系到是否满足工程上选型所需求的驱动力。当负载特性曲线与电动机的转矩特性曲线相交于一点时,交点构成了电动机的与拖动负载的电力拖动系统运行点。Ansys Maxwell有限元仿真分析结果是否准确,最直观的验证方法就是观察转矩的波形图,是否达到预期值。重点分析了转矩的形成原因,以及电磁转矩的理论分析,结合软件对一台感应电动机进行仿真分析,得出软件的计算转矩就是电磁转矩,确定转差率是影响转矩的唯一因素,对比了不同转差率下的转矩大小,最终验证了仿真结果的准确性。 The torque characteristics of the rotating motor is directly related to whether it meets the driving force requirement of the model selection in engineering.When the load characteristic curve intersects the torque characteristic curve of the motor at one point,the intersection is the operation point of the electric driving system constituted by the motor and the driving load.If you will verify the accuracy of Ansys Maxwell finite-element simulation result,the most direct method is to observe whether the waveform graph of torque achieves the expected value.This paper mainly analyzes the formation reasons of torque and the theory of electromagnetic torque,carries out simulation analysis on an induction motor by software,draws a conclusion that the torque computed by software is the electromagnetic torque,and determines that the slip is the only factor affecting the torque.Through comparing the torque values at different slips,it is finally verified that the simulation result is accurate.
