摘要
研究了球磨机用同步电动机的起动特性。以一台球磨机用800kW、36极同步电动机为例,研究了球磨机用同步电动机电磁方案。通过有限元软件模拟仿真,对不同电磁方案下球磨机用同步电动机的起动性能进行了分析,并完善了此台电机的电磁方案。
The paper researches the starting performance of synchronous motor for ball mill.Taking a 800 kW-36 P synchronous motor for ball mill as an example,the electromagnetic scheme of the motor is researched.The starting performances of the motor with different electromagnetic schemes are analyzed by simulation of finite-element software,and the electromagnetic scheme of the motor is completed and improved.
