摘要
铸铝转子的质量的好坏直接影响电机的性能指标,选择合适的铸铝设备及其铸铝参数以及优化的铸铝转子结构能够提高电机铸铝转子的质量。现针对低压电机转子铸铝问题进行分析,找出提高铸铝转子性能的主要因素,经过试验验证得到改善铸铝转子性能的基本方法,为以后提高电机铸铝性能提供了理论和试验依据。
The quality of the cast-aluminum rotor directly affects the performance index of the motor,so selections of the appropriate casting equipment and casting parameters as well as the optimized structure of cast-aluminum rotor can improve the cast-aluminum rotor quality of the motor.This paper analyzes the cast-aluminum problems of low-voltage motor rotor,finds out the main factors of improving the cast-aluminum rotor performance,and gains the basic methods of improving the cast-aluminum rotor performance by the test verification.It provides the theoretical and experimental basises of improving the cast-aluminum performance of motor in the future.
