中医药在围手术期快速康复玻璃体切除手术中的作用

Role of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Perioperative Enhanced Recovery after Vitreo-retinal Surgery

近年来快速康复外科(ERAS)的概念在国内外被广泛应用,其内涵亦得到不断扩充。在围手术期进行标准化、多学科及各方面的干预,可以有效防范意外事件和减少术后并发症的发生。玻璃体切除手术是治疗视网膜、玻璃体病变的主要方法,是一种复杂而精细的眼科手术,具有眼内操作时间长、操作难度大、术后并发症多且发生率高等特点。中医药在玻璃体切除手术围手术期的独特优势不断被发掘,但尚缺乏统一的治疗方案来指导。本文将中医理论、中医药医护方法与西医技术相结合,提出了中医快速康复玻璃体切除手术(CMERAVRS)概念,拟探讨出规范化、标准化、可推广的玻璃体切除术围手术期中医药优化治疗方案,以期更好地服务于眼科临床。

In recent years,the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)has been widely used at home and abroad,and its connotation continuously expanded.Standardized,multidisciplinary and all-round intervention during perioperative period can effectively prevent accidents and reduce postoperative complications.Vitreo-retinal surgery is the main method for the treatment of retinal and vitreous diseases,which is considered to be a complex and fine ophthalmic operation with the characteristics of long intraocular operation time,difficult operation,various and high-incidence postoperative complications.The unique advantage of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the perioperative period of vitreo-retinal surgery has been explored.However,there is still a lack of unified guidance to date.This paper puts forward the concept of Chinese Medicine in enhanced recovery after vitreo-retinal surgery(CMERAVRS),combining with TCM theory,TCM medical methods and Western Medicine technology,which aims to explore a standardized,and popularized optimal treatment scheme of the utilization of TCM in the perioperative period of vitreo-retinal surgery to better serve the clinical practice of ophthalmology.
