1075例云南在校大学生干眼现状调查及其影响因素分析

A survey of 1075 dry eye cases among students in Yunnan college and analysis of its influencing factors

目的调查云南中医药大学在校大学生的干眼现状,并分析其相关影响因素。方法采用随机数字表法对2019年7月—2020年2月云南中医药大学在校大学生1150例进行问卷调查,根据纳入与排除标准筛选出有效问卷,并对这些大学生进行泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIT)和角结膜荧光染色(FL)检查,筛选出确诊的干眼患者。计算干眼的发病率,分析干眼症状的分布情况,并通过多因素Logistic回归模型分析干眼的影响因素。结果(1)一般情况:共纳入1075份调研问卷。其中干眼患者700例,患病率为65.12%。(2)症状分布:排名前3位的症状是干涩感、眼疲劳、烧灼感,占比分别为59.71%、50.43%和44.43%。(3)多因素Logistic回归分析:非汉族(OR=2.52,P=0.001)、每日佩戴角膜接触镜累计时间≥6 h(OR=11.61,P=0.002)、每日使用电子产品持续时间≥3 h(OR=1.69,P=0.002)、风沙刺激(OR=2.84,P=0.002)、紫外线照射(OR=3.01,P=0.001)是干眼发生的危险因素。结论云南中医药大学在校大学生干眼患病率较高,导致干眼发生的影响因素众多,针对干眼的危险因素进行防控至关重要。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the dry eye status of college students in Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and analyze its related influencing factors.METHODS A total of 1150 college students in Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July2019 to February 2020 were randomly sampled to conduct a questionnaire survey.Qualified questionnaires were screened out according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.The tear film rupture time(BUT),tear secretion test(SIT)and fluorescence staining of conjunctiva(FL)were examined in these students.Dry eye patients were sorted out.The incidence rate of dry eye was calculated,the distribution of dry eye symptoms was analyzed,and the influencing factors of dry eye were analyzed by Logistic regression model.RESULTS(1)General:A total of 1075 questionnaires were collected.The occurrence rate of dry eye was 65.12%(700 cases).(2)Symptom Distribution:The top 3 symptoms were dry sensation,eye fatigue and burning feeling,accounting for 59.71%,50.43%and 44.43%respectively.(3)Multiple Logistic Regression Analysis:Risk factors of dry eye were non-Han nationality(OR=2.52,P=0.001),wearing contact lens more than 6 hours per day(OR=11.61,P=0.002),using electronic products more than 3 hours per day(OR=1.69,P=0.002),wind and sand stimulation(OR=2.84,P=0.001)were the risk factors of dry eye.CONCLUSIONS The morbidity of dry eye is high among college students in Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which is affected by many factors.It is important to control the risk factors of dry eye.
