摘要
法国著名哲学家亨利·列斐伏尔提出“抽象空间”和“社会空间”概念。在城市建筑实践中,集中式商品住宅则成为这两种空间最具代表性的设计类型项目,建筑师试图让项目在抽象空间(开发商的理想空间)和社会空间(老百姓的理想空间)中取得平衡,减少冲突。本文将以两个三四线城市集中式商品住宅的实践案例为基础,对商品住宅开发中的核心部分进行分析,以探讨实现两种空间平衡的方法。
Henry Lefebvre,a French famous philosopher,has proposed“abstract space”and“social space”concepts.In urban architectural practice,centralized commercial housing has become the most representative design type project of these two spaces.Architects try to balance the projects in abstract space(ideal space for developers)and social space(ideal space of common people)and reduce conflicts.This article will analyze the core part of commercial housing development based on the practice cases of centralized commercial housingin two three-or four-line cities,so as to explore the method of achieving a balance between two spaces.
