由于建筑行业技术水平的进步,近些年,我国的建筑项目数量与项目规模都在逐步上升。建筑行业在今后发展方向制定上,若想要占据经济市场的主导地位,就必须提高自身的生产效益以及核心竞争力,要应用具有科学性与合理性的措施来处理工程中所存在的问题。特别是对于工程造价管理工作中所存在的相关疏漏,要改变以往传统的管理方式,将BIM技术应用到工程造价管理当中,以提高工程的建设效率。

Due to the advancement of technology in the construction industry,the number and scale of construction projects in China have gradually increased in recent years.In the future development direction of the construction industry,in order to occupy a dominant position in the economic market,it is necessary to improve its own production efficiency and core competitiveness,and apply scientific and rational measures to deal with the problems existing in the project.Especially for the related omissions in the project cost management work,it is necessary to change the traditional management methods and apply BIM technology to the project cost management so as to improve the construction efficiency of the project.
