摘要
在舰船制造中,甲板成型是重要环节,与船体的质量密切相关。甲板的材质为钢板,成型加工时,需要通过焊接的方法对甲板连接固定,进而形成整体。若是焊接存在缺陷,则会导致甲板的成型质量受到影响,如果未能及时发现,会造成非常严重的后果,所以对甲板成型加工中的焊接质量进行检测显得尤为必要。由于甲板的面积较大,焊缝较多,为提高检测效率和精度,可以对先进的视觉检测技术合理应用,通过焊缝图像的采集,确定缺陷的位置,判定缺陷的情况,为缺陷处理提供依据。
In shipbuilding, deck forming is an important link, which is closely related to the quality of the hull. The material of the deck is steel plate. When forming, the deck needs to be connected and fixed by welding to form a whole. If there is a defect in the welding, the forming quality of the deck will be affected, and if it is not detected in time, it will cause very serious consequences. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to detect the welding quality in the deck forming process. Due to the large area of the deck and many welding seams, in order to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy, advanced visual inspection technology can be reasonably applied. Through the collection of welding seam images, the position of the defect can be determined, the situation of the defect can be determined, determine the condition of defects and provide basis for defect treatment.
