有机自补偿压浆材料冲刷性能试验研究

摘要 引入自膨胀补偿收缩理论对压浆材料进行改良,推荐有机自补偿压浆材料适宜配合比,在对大量试验数据统计分析基础上,总结动水冲刷作用下不同养护龄期有机自补偿压浆材料的强度水蚀率、质量损失率及体积收缩率三大性能指标的变化规律,然后分配动态权重系数综合计算上述指标,提出压浆材料冲刷系数指标。试验结果表明当冲刷次数较少(20000次以内)时,宜选用养生龄期为3d的有机自补偿压浆材料作为板底脱空填补材料;当冲刷次数较多(20000次以上)时,宜选用养生龄期为1d的有机自补偿压浆材料作为板底脱空填补材料。 The mud-grouting materials were improved by using the shrinkage-compensating principle,and then the suitable mix proportion of organic mud-grouting materials was recommended.Based on the statistical analysis of a large number of test data,the change regularities of the grouting material’s three indexes including strength erosion rate,quality loss rate and volume contraction rate were summarized under different curing age and dynamic water scouring,then the three indexes were calculated by using dynamic weight coefficient,and the scour coefficient index of grouting material was put forward.The results show that it is recommended to use 3d organic self-compensation grouting materials as filling material of slab when scouring action times is less(less than 20000),it is recommended to use 1d organic self-compensation grouting materials as filling material of slab when scouring action times is more(more than 20000).
