多碎少磨工艺在西北某选厂的应用

摘要 碎磨是矿物加工过程中的首要准备工序,也是能耗占比最高的作业工序。矿物加工专业经过多年发展,形成了两种降低碎磨工序能耗的思路,一碎磨设备大型化、自动化;二多碎少磨,细碎入磨。西北某选厂以“多碎少磨,细碎入磨”为主旨进行了一系列的流程改造,实现了节能降耗目的,具有一定的借鉴意义。 Grinding is the primary preparation process in the mineral processing process,and it is also the operation process with the highest proportion of energy consumption.After many years of development,the mineral processing industry has formed two ideas to reduce the energy consumption of the crushing process.One is large-scale and automatic grinding equipment;the other is more crushing and less grinding,fine crushing into grinding.A series of process transformations with the theme of more crushing and less grinding,fine crushing into grinding has been carried out in a processing plant in Northwest,which has achieved the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction and has certain reference significance.
