摘要
采用热力学计算和工业试验相结合的方法,对S31254超级奥氏体不锈钢精炼过程夹杂物的演变进行了研究。结果表明:S31254铝脱氧后夹杂物主要为球形的CaOSiO2-MgO-Al2O3和MgO-Al2O3尖晶石,钙处理后夹杂物转变为CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2O3。热力学计算结果表明钢液中铝含量大于0.025%,可以实现氧含量低于0.002%。钙含量达到13ppm,可以使MgO-Al2O3尖晶石变性为液态夹杂物。
Inclusions evolution of S31254 super austenitic stainless steel during LF refining process was investigated by the method of combining thermodynamic calculation with industrial test.The results showed that two types of inclusions CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2O3 and MgO-Al2O3 existed in S31254 super austenitic stainless steel after Al deoxidation in the LF refining process.After calcium treatment,the inclusions were transformed into CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2O3 inclusions.The results of thermodynamic calculation showed that the oxygen content can reach less than 0.002%when the aluminum content was more than 0.025%.When the calcium content reached 13ppm,the MgO-Al2O3 inclusions can be transformed into liquid inclusions.
