304/2B不锈钢表面拉丝缺陷成因分析

摘要 通过304/2B异议样板的化学成分、表面质量、夹杂物分析、金相组织等几个方面观察分析未发现异常,采用SEM分析缺陷部位发现缺陷均沿拉丝方向有一定拉长、长短不一、颜色不均,且均含有较高含量的O、Al及一定量的Si,结合客户加工工艺,认为此表面拉丝缺陷的产生是由于客户拉丝加工不当造成的。 Through the observation and analysis of chemical composition,surface quality,inclusion analysis,metallographic structure and other aspects of 304/2B objection sample,no abnormality is found.Through SEM analysis,it is found that the defects are elongated,different in length and color along the drawing direction,and contain high content of O,Al and a certain amount of Si.Combined with the customer's processing technology,it is considered that the surface drawing defect is caused by improper drawing processing of customers.
