立体光固化成型氧化锆固定桥精度及适合性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价立体光固化成型氧化锆三单位固定桥精度和适合性。方法:制作立体光固化成型氧化锆固定桥和CAD/CA M切削固定桥各10个,通过3D偏差分析软件Geomagic Wrap对各组固定桥的精度及适合性进行检测,并对结果统计分析。结果:切削固定桥内表面,内部及边缘精度优于立体光固化成型氧化锆固定桥(P<0.05),两组固定桥外表面精度、边缘及内部适合性均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:立体光固化成型氧化锆固定桥精度需要进一步提高,边缘及内部适合性符合临床要求。 Objective:To evaluate the accuracy and fitness of zirconia fixed bridges fabricated by stereolithography.Methods:Zirconia fixed bridges produced by stereolithography and CAD/CAM cutting respectively(n=10),the accuracy and fitness of the bridges were tested by 3D deviation analysis software-Geomagic Wrap,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:The accuracy of inner surface,interior and edge of CAD/CAM cutting group was superior to that of stereolithography group(P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences in the measurement results of outer surface accuracy,edge and internal fitness(P>0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy of zirconia fixed bridges fabricated by stereolithography needs to be further improved,and the fitness of edge and internal of fixed bridegs meets clinical requirements.
