无牙上颌数字模型配准方法的建立及初步应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立一种无牙上颌数字模型配准方法,并对其初步应用结果进行评估。方法:纳入5例无牙颌患者,口内扫描仪获取无牙上颌数字模型,经复合配准方法实现模型重叠,Geomagic Wrap 2021软件进行偏差分析,色谱图观察拟合效果,定位球空间偏差值计算配准差异。结果:复合配准方法拟合结果与预期结果相符,配准偏差显著低于其他配准方法(P<0.05)。结论:通过复合配准方法,可实现无牙上颌数字化模型的精确重叠,为后续软组织形态差异的三维对比评估提供可靠的依据。 Objective:To establish a registration method for maxillary edentulous digital model and to evaluate the preliminary application results.Methods:5 subjects with edentulous jaws were included.The maxillary edentulous digital models were obtained by intraoral scanner and superimposed by composite registration method.Then deviation analysis was carried out by Geomagic Wrap 2021 software.The registration effect was observed by chromatogram,and the registration difference was reflected by the spatial deviation values of reference points.Results:The registration result of composite registration method was consistent with the expected result,the registration deviation was significantly smaller than that of the other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The accurate superimposition of maxillary edentulous digital models can be realized by composite registration method,which provides a reliable basis for the follow-up three-dimensional comparative evaluation of soft tissue morphological differences.
