摘要
在20只SD大鼠右侧胫骨干骺端植入纯钛种植体作为实验组,在左侧制备相同深度的骨缺损作为对照组,通过免疫组化观察,发现种植体骨结合部位在术后第4天诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)表达最高,第7天开始降低,第21天明显降低。
Pure titanium implants was implanted into the right tibial metaphysis in 20 SD rats,and the same depth bone defect was prepared in the left tibial metaphysis of the rats as the control group.Immunohistochemistry examination showed that the inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)expression was the highest at the 4th d after implantation,the expression decreased from at the 7th d and was the lowest at the 21st d after operation.iNOS may play a role in the early stage of implant osseointegration.
