B超在腰硬联合麻醉剖宫产手术患者中应用效果

Application of B-Ultrasound Localization and Guidance in the Operation of Cesarean Section

目的:探讨B超定位引导在腰硬联合麻醉行剖宫产手术中的应用效果。方法:选取于2019年4月~2020年12月本院收治的86例剖宫产手术患者,根据抽签法进行随机分组,包括对照组43例和观察组43例。对照组患者行传统体表标志定位穿刺,观察组患者基于传统体表标志定位实施B超定位引导穿刺,比较两组患者穿刺次数、穿刺时间、穿刺深度、一次穿刺成功率以及麻醉并发症发生率。结果:观察组穿刺次数(1.16±0.25)次与对照组(1.42±0.33)次相比更少,穿刺时间(2.02±0.13)min与对照组(5.11±0.28)min相比更少,穿刺深度(5.58±1.25)cm与对照组(4.96±1.23)cm相比更深(P<0.05),观察组一次穿刺成功率93.02%与对照组72.09%相比更高,麻醉并发症发生率11.63%与对照组32.56%相比更低(P<0.05)。结论:B超定位引导在腰硬联合麻醉行剖宫产手术中的应用效果确切,可有效缩短穿刺时间,具有较高的一次穿刺成功率,麻醉并发症风险更低。

Objective:To explore the effect of B-ultrasound positioning guidance in cesarean section with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.Methods:A total of 86 cesarean section patients admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly grouped according to the lottery method,including 43 cases in the control group and 43 cases in the observation group.Patients in the control group underwent traditional body surface landmark positioning puncture,and patients in the observation group performed B-ultrasonic positioning guided puncture based on traditional body surface landmark positioning.The number of punctures,puncture time,puncture depth,one-time puncture success rate,and anesthesia complications rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The number of punctures in the observation group(1.16±0.25)was less than that in the control group(1.42±0.33),and the puncture time(2.02±0.13)min was less than that in the control group(5.11±0.28)min.The depth of puncture(5.58±1.25)cm is deeper than(4.96±1.23)cm in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group has a higher puncture success rate of 93.02%compared to 72.09%in the control group,and the incidence of anesthesia complications is 11.63%.The control group was lower than 32.56%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of B-ultrasound positioning guidance in cesarean section with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia can effectively shorten the puncture time,have a higher success rate of one puncture,and lower the risk of anesthesia complications.
