腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗卵巢囊肿的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Removal in the Treatment of Ovarian Cyst

目的:分析腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗卵巢囊肿的效果。方法:入组本院科室收治的卵巢囊肿患者共80例,随机分组,开腹组的患者采取常规开腹手术治疗,腹腔镜组采取腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组出血总量、恢复肠鸣音时间、住院日数、术后发热、术后感染、粘连以及出血的发生率。结果:腹腔镜组出血总量、恢复肠鸣音时间、住院日数、术后发热、术后感染、粘连以及出血的发生率均优于开腹组,P<0.05。结论:腹腔镜手术与常规开腹手术对卵巢囊肿效果存在差异,其中,腹腔镜手术可更好减少并发症的发生,减少出血和加速术后康复。

Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision in the treatment of ovarian cyst.Methods:A total of 80 patients with ovarian cyst admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the laparotomy group were treated with conventional open surgery,and the laparoscopic group were treated with laparoscopic surgery.The total amount of bleeding,recovery time of bowel sounds,hospitalization days,postoperative fever,postoperative infection,adhesion and bleeding incidence were compared between the two groups.Results:The total amount of bleeding,recovery time of bowel sounds,length of stay,postoperative fever,postoperative infection,adhesion and bleeding in laparoscopic group were better than those in open group,P<0.05.Conclusion:There are differences between laparoscopic surgery and conventional open surgery in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Laparoscopic surgery can reduce the incidence of complications,reduce bleeding and accelerate postoperative recovery.
