可吸收生物止血膜在巧克力囊肿腹腔镜手术中的价值

The Value of Absorbable Biological Hemostatic Membrane in Endometriosis Laparoscopy

目的:探究可吸收生物止血膜在巧克力囊肿腹腔镜手术中的价值。方法:选择2020年1月~2021年1月本院收治的160例巧克力囊肿腹腔镜手术患者为研究代表,将所有患者按照入院顺序,分为参照组(80例,电凝止血法止血)和研究组(80例,可吸收生物止血膜止血)。对两组患者在治疗完成后的效果进行收集和分析。结果:研究组治疗后生活质量优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组FSH、E2明显低于参照组,LH明显高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组FO个数明显高于参照组FO个数,PSV无明显差异,(P>0.05)。结论:可吸收生物止血膜止血对巧克力囊肿患者在生活质量方面有积极的作用,对患者在手术治疗一段时间之后的生活质量提升有着不可忽视的重要作用,对患者的身体康复有着至关重要的意义。

Objective:To explore the value of absorbable biological hemostatic membrane in laparoscopic surgery of chocolate cyst.Methods:160 cases of chocolate cyst patients with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as research representatives,and all patients were divided into control group(80 cases,hemostasis by electrocoagulation)and study group(80 cases,hemostasis by absorbable biological hemostatic membrane)according to the order of admission.The effect of two groups of patients after treatment was collected and analyzed.Results:The quality of life of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH and E2 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,and the levels of LH in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of FO in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was no significant difference in PSV(P>0.05).Conclusion:Absorbable biological hemostatic membrane hemostasis has a positive effect on the quality of life of patients with ovarian chocolate cyst,plays an important role in improving the quality of life of patients after a period of surgical treatment,and has a vital significance for the physical rehabilitation of patients.
