中药熏蒸治疗仪配合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析中药熏蒸治疗仪配合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果。方法:抽选本院2019年7月~2021年7月寻常型银屑病患者50例,随机分为研究组、对照组,各25例,对照组采用窄谱中波紫外线治疗,研究组采用中药熏蒸治疗仪配合窄谱中波紫外线治疗,对比两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后PASI评分,以及治疗前后白介素17(IL-17)、白介素22(IL-22)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平。结果:治疗后研究组治疗总有效率较对照组高,PASI评分、IL-17、IL-22、TNF-α水平均较对照组低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸治疗仪配合窄谱中波紫外线能优化寻常型银屑病患者临床效果,减轻炎症反应。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of TCM fumigation therapy instrument combined with narrow-band ultraviolet ultraviolet in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:50 patients with psoriasis vulgaris in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,each with 25 cases.The control group was treated with narrow-band ultraviolet rays,and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Fumigation treatment device combined with narrow-band ultraviolet ultraviolet treatment,compare the total effective rate of treatment,PASI score before and after treatment,and IL-17,IL-22 and TNF-αlevel before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the PASI score,IL-17,IL-22,and TNF-αlevels were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment device and narrow-band UV can optimize the clinical effect of patients with psoriasis vulgaris and reduce inflammation.
