综合验光仪验光在眼科临床中的有效性研究

目的:研究眼科验光检查中应用综合验光仪验光的临床有效性。方法:选择2018年1月~2021年1月本院验光配镜的患者120例,分别接受差异验光检查,其中电脑验光检查的结果作为电脑验光组(60例),综合验光仪验光检查的结果作为综合验光仪验光组(60例)。对两组的疾病检出结果及主觉验光结果进行对比。结果:综合验光仪验光组结果中单纯球镜24例(30.00%)、单纯散光6例(10.00%)、复性散光25例(41.66%)、混合散光3例(5.00%)的检出率与电脑验光组结果中单纯球镜24例(40.00%)、单纯散光7例(11.66%)、复性散光31例(51.66%)、混合散光4例(6.66%)的检出率比对数据均不具有差异性(P>0.05);综合验光仪验光组的球镜屈光度及柱镜屈光度结果显著低于电脑验光组的球镜屈光度及柱镜屈光度结果;综合验光仪验光组的柱镜散光轴位结果显著高于电脑验光组的柱镜散光轴位结果,比对数据具有差异性(P<0.05)。结论:眼科采用综合验光仪验光的结果更准确,更好地表达了受检者的主观表述,便于仪器的正确操作,推荐使用。

Objective:To study the clinical effectiveness of comprehensive optometry in ophthalmic optometry.Methods:120 with optometry and optometry in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected to receive differential optometry examination,in which the results of computer optometry examination were used as the computer optometry group(60 cases),and the results of comprehensive optometry examination were used as the comprehensive optometry group(60 cases).The results of disease detection and optometry were compared between the two groups.Results:In the results of comprehensive optometry group,the detection rate of 24 cases(30.00%)with simple spherical lens,6 cases(10.00%)with simple astigmatism,25 cases(41.66%)with relapsed astigmatism,and the detection rate of mixed astigmatism in 3 cases(5.00%)and the results of computer optometry group in 24 cases(40.00%)of pure spherical lens,7 cases(11.66%)with simple astigmatism,31 cases(51.66%)with relapsed astigmatism,and 4 cases(6.66%)with mixed astigmatism were not statistically available.There was no statistical difference in comparison data(P>0.05);the spherical and cylindrical refractive power results of the patients receiving the comprehensive refractor group are significantly lower than the spherical and cylindrical refractive power results of the computer refraction group;the cylindrical astigmatism results of the patients receiving the comprehensive refractor refraction group are significantly higher In the results of cylindrical astigmatism in computer optometry group,statistical difference of comparison data(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results of optometry using a comprehensive optometry instrument in ophthalmology are more accurate,better express the subjective expression of the examinee,and facilitate the correct operation of the instrument.It is recommended to use it.
