高血压性心脏病合并冠心病的心电图诊断

ECG Diagnosis of Hypertensive Heart Disease with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:研讨心电图对高血压性心脏病合并冠心病的诊断价值。方法:甄选本院122例高血压性心脏病合并冠心病患者,根据开展的诊断方案不同,将其划分不同小组。对照组(61例):对患者实施心脏彩超诊断;实验组(61例):对患者开展心电图诊断。分析不同诊断方案对高血压性心脏病合并冠心病检出率以及具体疾病类型。结果:实验组对高血压性心脏病合并冠心病检出率75.41%与对照组疾病检出率70.49%相比,不存在明显异性,P>0.05。对照组:61例高血压性心脏病合并冠心病诊断结果为:左心室肥大0例(0),左心房增大30例(49.18%),左心室扩大11例(18.03%),左室肥厚35例(57.38%),左室高压增高0例(0)。实验组:61例高血压性心脏病合并冠心病诊断结果为:左心室肥大25例(40.98%),左心房增大35例(57.38%),左心室扩大0例(0),左室肥厚0例(0),左室高压增高46例(75.41%)。结论:针对高血压性心脏病合并冠心病患者应用心电图诊断符合临床诊断需求,疾病检出率高,若针对疑难情况可将心电图与心脏彩超联合应用,可提高检查敏感性与特异性,为医师提供更全面的诊断数据。

Objective:To study the diagnostic value of electrocardiogram in hypertensive heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods:122 cases of patients with hypertensive heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected and divided into different groups according to different diagnostic programs.Control group(61 cases):the patients were diagnosed with heart color ultrasound;Experimental group(61 cases):ECG diagnosis was performed on the patients.The detection rate and specific disease types of hypertensive heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease were analyzed by different diagnostic schemes.Results:The detection rate of hypertensive heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease in the experimental group was 75.41%and that of the control group was 70.49%.There was no significant difference and no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Control group:61 patients with hypertensive heart disease combined with coronary heart disease were diagnosed as follows:left ventricular hypertrophy 0 cases(0),left atrium enlargement 30 cases(49.18%),left ventricular enlargement 11 cases(18.03%),left ventricular hypertrophy 35 cases(57.38%),left ventricular hypertension 0 cases(0).Experimental group:61 patients with hypertensive heart disease combined with coronary heart disease were diagnosed as follows:left ventricular hypertrophy in 25 cases(40.98%),left atrium enlargement in 35 cases(57.38%),left ventricular enlargement in 0 cases(0),left ventricular hypertrophy in 0 cases(0),left ventricular hypertension in 46 cases(75.41%).Conclusion:The application of ECG in the diagnosis of patients with hypertensive heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease is in line with the clinical diagnosis needs and the disease detection rate is high.For difficult cases,the combined application of ECG and heart color ultrasound can improve the sensitivity and specificity of the examination and provide more comprehensive diagnostic data for physicians.
