摘要
核领域放射性污染金属解控去污及再循环利用企业对退役核设施的低污染金属进行解体,需要遵循废物最小化的原则,优选出适于干切削的长寿命圆锯刀并匹配切削用量。采用4组实验方案比对研究了同规格的M35基体Al-CrN涂层、薄TiN涂层圆锯刀以及M2未涂层圆锯刀干切削316L不锈钢的使用寿命、磨损规律及失效形式。结合刀具表面形貌、显微组织及其演变、表面硬度及膜/基结合强度,分析了干切削磨损机理及切削用量对刀具综合切削性能的影响。从技术特性的角度分析了AlCrN涂层圆锯刀干切削的突出优势,结合经济特性给出了不同工况下优选干切削涂层刀具及其切削用量的策略。
Disintegrating low-polluting metals from decommissioned nuclear facilities in the nuclear field radioactively contaminated metal decontamination and recycling companies need to follow principles of waste minimization,and select long life circular saw blades suitable for dry cutting and match the cutting regime.The tool life,wear rules and failure modes of the same specifications of AlCrN coating,thin TiN coating circular saw blades based on M35 and M2 circular saw blades in dry cutting of 316L stainless steel in four experimental schemes are compared and studied.The effect of dry cutting wear mechanism and cutting regime on the comprehensive cutting performance of the tool is analyzed by the surface morphology,microstructure and evolution,surface hardness and coating/substrate bond strength.Analyzing the outstanding advantages of AlCrN coated circular saw blades in dry cutting from the aspect of technical characteristics and the strategy of optimizing dry cutting tools and cutting regime in different working conditions from economic characteristics.
