摘要
对压室内金属液流动特性进行建模与仿真试验,分析慢压射工艺速度与金属液卷气问题。通过模流软件分析压室内金属液流动特性,研究不同的慢压射工艺曲线,得出最佳的慢压射工艺曲线规律,避免压室内卷气和困气现象的发生,提高压铸产品的质量。通过试验验证了模型的合理性,给压铸慢压射工艺提供指导。
This paper mainly conducts modeling and simulation analysis on the flow characteristics of metal liquid in the pressure chamber,and analyzes the slow injection process speed and the problem of metal liquid enrolling.The Flow characteristics of metal liquid in the chamber were analyzed by fluid dynamics software,different slow injection process curves were studied,and the best slow injection process curve rule was obtained to avoid the phenomenon of ensnaring and trapped gas in the chamber and improve the quality of die casting products.Finally,the rationality of the model is verified by experiments,which provides guidance for slow injection process of die casting.
