摘要
研究了轻型车道路试验的排放结果计算过程和引用台架转毂排放试验计算全过程排放的方法。研究了CO和NOx在各窗口的排放特性,CO和NOx分别集中于高速区和市区。冷启动对CO和PN排放的增加量虽然仅分布在市区,但对全程排放结果依旧较大,尤其是PN。对比了18组台架法和RDE法的全程排放结果,RDE法的排放整体偏大。不包含冷启动的情况下,二者结果相差在20%以内,平均在12.2%;包含冷启动的情况下,相差10%以内,最小3.9%。
The calculation of emission result of RDE was introduced and with the way on test bench.CO and NOx result in different windows was studied,CO and NOx result are concentrated in urban and motorway.Cold start has a large effect on CO and PN result of overall,especially PN,even when the increase is came from urban.18 groups of emission results,including cold start and excluding cold start,were compared,while the results were calculated by RDE method and test bench method.The whole emission result of RDE method is lager.The differ are within 20%and the average differ is 12.2%while cold start is excluded.The value are 10%and 3.9%(the minimum value).
