摘要
对某汽油机发动机气缸盖罩油气分离器结构优化前后的分离效率进行了对比计算分析,评估油气分离器的分离效率是否达到优化设计的目的。分析结果表明:气缸盖罩油气分离器结构优化后,分离效率提高8.64%,可有效减少机油消耗量,降低发动机烧机油的风险。
In this paper,the separation efficiency of a gasoline engine cylinder head cover oil-gas separator before and after structural optimization is calculated and analyzed,and whether the separation efficiency of the oil-gas separator achieves the purpose of optimization design is evaluated.The results show that the separation efficiency is increased by 8.64%after optimizing the structure of the cylinder head cover oil-gas separator.It can effectively reduce the oil consumption and reduce the risk of engine oil burning.
