摘要
机床热误差补偿对提高机床精度有重要作用。为了提高机床的加工精度,对SINUMERIK 828D数控系统温度补偿功能进行了研究,提出了一种828D数控系统温度补偿功能在数控机床上实现的方法,并进行了具体的方案设计。以立式车床为研究对象,对其X轴进行了温度补偿试验,验证了该方法的可行性。
The thermal error compensation plays an important role in improving the accuracy of machine tools.In order to improve the machining accuracy of machine tools,studying the temperature compensation function of SINUMERIK 828D NC system was studied,and a method of realizing the temperature compensation function of 828d NC system on the NC machine tool which designs the specific scheme was proposed.Taking the vertical lathe as the research object,the temperature compensation test of the x-axis is carried out to verify the feasibility of this method.
