某低压铸造铝合金缸盖缺陷的分析 被引量:1

摘要 缸盖是发动机的重要组成部件,必须耐高温、高压,不能有铸造缺陷,故缸盖对生产工艺要求较高。目前主流车企采用重力铸造及低压铸造生产工艺,对缸盖合格率有非常高的要求。本文针对某低压铸造的3缸铝合金缸盖毛坯缩松缺陷过高的问题,从低压铸造工艺、浇铸模拟分析及模具优化等方面进行分析,最终确定增大缸盖毛坯浇口数量,有效对缸盖缺陷进行了控制,产品合格率提升到90%以上,满足生产要求。 The cylinder head is an important component of the engine.It is subjected to harsh conditions such as high temperature and high pressure.There should be no casting defects in the combustion chamber,water jacket and other important sealing areas,so the cylinder head has higher requirements on the production process.At present,main-stream car companies adopt gravity casting and low-pressure casting production processes,which have very high re-quirements for the qualification rate of cylinder heads.Aiming at the problem of excessive shrinkage of a low-pressure casting 3-cylinder aluminum alloy cylinder head blank,this paper analyzes the low-pressure casting process,casting simulation analysis and mold optimization,and finally determines to increase the number of cylinder head blank gates,and effectively correct Cylinder head defects were controlled,and the product qualification rate was increased to more than 90%,meeting production requirements.
