校企协同创新机器人焊接实训基地建设与运营模式探讨 被引量:1

摘要 “智能制造”下焊接自动化产业转型升级给高技能型人才培养与师资培训带来全新的挑战。为提高实训基地与行业一流企业的匹配度,本文提出引入国际标准体系规范化建设和管理实训基地,为校企协同创新提供平台,从资源共享、合作运营的角度强化协同创新实训基地的运营管理,依托产学研课题和技能竞赛打造服务型校企协同创新机器人焊接实训基地的建设与运营方法。该方法在实训基地建设、校企协同创新、技能型人才培养等方面取得较好的应用效果,结果证明:校企协同创新机器人焊接实训基地建设与运营能契合智能制造背景下院校和企业的共同需求,强化技能培养和规范化理念,为校企协同创新实训基地建设提供新思路。 The new challenges has been brought to the training of highly skilled talents and teacher training under the background of the welding automation industry upgrading and intelligent manufacturing.During this paper,proposed to introduce the standardized construction and management training base of the international standard system to provide a platform for school-enterprise collaborative innovation,and strengthen the collaborative innovation training base from the perspective of resource sharing and cooperative operation to improve the matching degree between the training base and the first-class enterprises in the industry.Operation management,relying on industryuniversity-research and skill competitions to create a service-oriented school-enterprise collaborative innovation robot welding training base.This method has achieved application effects in the construction of training bases,school-enterprise collaborative innovation,and skill-based talent training.The results prove that the construction and operation of the school-enterprise collaborative innovation robot welding training base can meet the needs of universities and colleges in the context of intelligent manufacturing.The common needs of enterprises,strengthen skill training and standardization concepts,and provide new ideas for the construction of training bases.
