摘要 依托郑万高速铁路无砟轨道施工项目,开展CRTSⅠ双块式无砟轨道智能化施工装备升级研究,形成以新型嵌套式轨排为主体的成套智能化施工装备。成套装备在分枕工序、粗铺工序和施工精调工序进行智能化升级,实现逐步替代人工或降低施工人员数量目标。在施工过程进一步优化已使用的装备,解决了人机协同尚存在的问题。CRTSⅠ双块式智能化成套装备在郑万高铁的推广应用,为后续高速铁路无砟轨道智能建造积累了宝贵经验,具有一定的借鉴作用。 Relying on the ballastless track construction project of Zhengzhou-Wanzhou high speed railway,the research on the upgrading of intelligent construction equipment of CRTS Ⅰ double block ballastless track is carried out,and a complete set of intelligent construction equipment with new nested track row as the main body is formed.The complete set of equipment is intelligently upgraded in the sleeper separation process,rough paving process and construction fine adjustment process,so as to realize the goal of gradually replacing labor or reducing the number of construction personnel. At the same time,during the construction practice,it is also exposed that some equipment has certain man-machine coordination problems,which need to be further optimized. In general,the popularization and application of CRTS Ⅰ double block intelligent set of equipment in Zhengzhou Wanzhou high speed railway has accumulated valuable experience for the follow-up intelligent construction of ballastless track of high-speed railway and has certain reference significance.
