摘要
针对某型号发动机在怠速工况下存在比较严重的噪声问题,对整机进行了主观评价和近场噪声测试。同时结合对应仿真软件,进行发动机前端各附件的建模仿真分析。结果表明:由于水泵和正时盖罩的固有频率与怠速工况下发动机系统的运转频率相近,引发其产生共振从而导致噪声问题。
In view of the serious noise problem of a certain type of engine at idle speed,the subjective evaluation and near-field noise test of the whole engine are carried out.At the same time,combined with the corresponding simulation software,the modeling and simulation analysis of the engine front-end accessories are carried out.The results show that the natural frequencies of the water pump and timing cover are close to the operating frequency of the engine system at idle speed,which causes resonance and leads to noise problems.
