校园快递服务问题对策调查分析--以新乡学院为例

摘要 当今社会的电子商务信息时代引来了网络购物的热潮,从线下实体购买转移为网络软件购买物品,网络购物的使用频率近些年来持续上涨。大学生更是网络购物的追捧者,从而推动校园快递业的快速发展,校园的快递网点更是对校园快递业的发展起着决定性作用。但校园网点散乱、服务态度差、快递费用高等问题达不到校园内广大师生对快递服务的满意度。对校园快递网点的问题,提出了合理科学的解决对策:开展多样化的校园快递业务,实现送快递到宿舍的校园快递服务、配备人脸识别的可移动智能快递柜、开发售后服务电子系统等。 The e-commerce information age in today's society has led to an upsurge of online shopping,which has shifted from offline entity purchase to online software purchase.The use frequency of online shopping has continued to rise in recent years,and college students are even more enthusiastic about shopping,which has brought an unimaginable situation of campus online shopping and promoted the rapid development of campus express industry.The express service industry of campus network plays a decisive role in the development of campus express industry.However,in this process,problems such as poor service attitude,high express cost and scattered campus outlets are gradually exposed.Based on the investigation of college students'satisfaction with express service,the problems of campus express outlets are highlighted,and reasonable and scientific solutions are put forward:carry out diversified campus business services,realize campus express service to deliver express to dormitories mobile intelligent express cabinet equipped with face recognition,development of after-sales service electronic system,etc.
