异质性减排政策下考虑碳排放转移影响的供应链运营决策研究 被引量:1

Research on Supply Chain Operation Decision and Coordination Considering the Impact of Carbon Emission Transfer under Heterogeneous Carbon Policy

摘要 异质性减排政策下,准确提炼碳排放转移对供应链运营决策的影响机理,有助于优化碳排放转移行为,提升供应链运营效果。文章通过构建供应商为主导的Stackelberg博弈模型,并将碳排放转移纳入到该模型中,分别在分散和集中情形下分析了碳排放转移对供应链运营决策的影响;针对分散决策中存在的利润损失,利用Shapley值法协调供应链。研究表明:制造商的碳排放转移行为会导致产品批发价格增加,且碳税税率越高,批发价格增加的幅度越大;当碳交易价格大于碳税税率时,产品的销售价格与碳排放转移量负相关,反之,与碳排放转移量正相关;当碳税税率较高时,碳转移量的增加会直接损害供应商利益,使供应商的产品减排量降低;Shapley值法可以有效协调供应链,实现供应链及其成员利润的帕累托改进。 Under the heterogeneous emission reduction policy,accurately refining the impact mechanism of carbon emission transfer on supply chain operation decision-making will help to optimize carbon emission transfer behavior and improve the operation effect of supply chain.By constructing a supplier led Stackelberg game model and incorporating carbon emission transfer into the model,this paper analyzes the impact of carbon emission transfer on supply chain operation decision under decentralized and centralized situations respectively;aiming at the profit loss in decentralized decision-making,the Shapley value method is used to coordinate the supply chain.The research shows that the manufacturer's carbon emission transfer behavior will lead to the increase of product wholesale price,and the higher the carbon tax rate,the greater the increase of wholesale price;when the carbon trading price is greater than the carbon tax rate,the product sales price is negatively correlated with the carbon emission transfer,on the contrary,it is positively correlated with the carbon emission transfer;when the carbon tax rate is high,the increase of carbon transfer will directly damage the interests of suppliers and reduce the emission reduction of suppliers'products;Shapley value method can effectively coordinate the supply chain and realize the Pareto improvement of the profits of the supply chain and its members.
