摘要
生鲜农产品在我国电商市场占据较大份额,随着电子商务体系日益健全,消费者关注生鲜电商领域日益密切,政府补贴的生鲜农产品以其原产地采购、无公害、绿色化成为消费者关注的新焦点。由于生鲜农产品储存时间短、采购风险较大、食品容易腐烂等问题,文章以国内电商生鲜平台作为参照对象,在分析现存政府补贴的生鲜农产品采购管理基础之上,探讨电商平台如何对政府补贴农产品做出采购管理,针对政府补贴农产品给出采购规划。同时对比国外生鲜电商平台高效电商渠道管理,以此提高国内电商平台采购绩效、降低采购成本。文章为实现数字乡村、乡村振兴,提高国内消费者购物体验感提供参考,并为未来乡村电商致富、采购生鲜农产品提供新思路、新途径。
Fresh agricultural products occupy a large share in China's e-commerce market.With the increasingly sound e-commerce system,consumers are paying closer attention to the fresh e-commerce field,and government-subsidized fresh agricultural products have become a new focus of consumers'attention in the name of their origin procurement,pollution-free and green.Due to the problems of short storage time of fresh agricultural products,high procurement risk and easy decay of food,this paper takes the domestic e-commerce fresh food platform as a reference object and discusses how the e-commerce platform makes procurement management for government-subsidized agricultural products and gives procurement planning for government-subsidized agricultural products based on the analysis of the existing government-subsidized fresh agricultural products procurement management.It also compares the efficient e-commerce channel management of foreign fresh produce e-commerce platforms to improve the procurement performance and reduce the procurement cost of domestic e-commerce platforms.The article provides reference for the realization of digital countryside,rural revitalization,and improvement of domestic consumers'shopping experience,and provides new ideas and new ways for future rural e-commerce enrichment and procurement of fresh agricultural products.
